Story

Catventure: The red cat quest is a new platformer game on NES /Famicom in which you play as a red cat named Ginger. Your friend Flake has been kidnapped by an evil necromancer and you are going to save her.  Fight enemies with magic bubbles and boomerangs. Find 10 ancient scrolls and get a life.

 The full version of the game includes

-5 levels

-13 locations

- Fights with 6 bosses

- Secrets - Level with horizontal scrolling after the final boss.

                                                                                                                      

Download & installation

Download the ROM and run it in an NES emulator such  Mesen or on your old NES using a flash cartridge that has support for mapper 30.  

About the game

Catventure: The red cat quest was created in Newsmaker as a hobby project and is my first full-fledged game. I spent a lot of time debugging and optimizing the game, but sometimes there may be small graphical glitches.

At the moment, the game has only received a physical release and cannot be sold outside of Russia due to sanctions.
